What the manufacturer says for Europe
The UK manufacturer FAQ states that biscuits produced in Europe are not halal certified. It separately describes their suitability for a Muslim diet, with named exceptions. That manufacturer position is not a halal certificate and does not cover products from other countries.
Check the product you have
Read the ingredient list and certification on your exact pack. Match the country, variety and production evidence. Do not assume that a UK or European statement covers a U.S. pack, or that kosher certification establishes halal certification.
If something is unclear
Ask the manufacturer or certifier about that product and lot.
