SPOTLIGHT HALAL RECIPE
PEPSI POT ROAST
It sounds strange, but cooking a beef roast with Pepsi and some seasonings makes for a flavorful, tender pot roast. The carbonic and phosphoric acids in the Pepsi actually help to tenderize the meat as it cooks.
This easy slow-cooked recipe is custom-made for moms who don't have a lot of time to cook, but want to give their family
a home cooked meal. You can customize the seasonings to your family's tastes. Serve with roasted potatos.
